An eSIM lets you activate your Nexora Mobile service without inserting a physical SIM card. You can activate it using the QR code or activation details provided in your Nexora account.

Before you start

Make sure:

  • Your device supports eSIM.
  • Your device is unlocked or compatible with Nexora Mobile.
  • You have a stable Wi-Fi connection.
  • You have access to your Nexora Connect account.
  • You have received your eSIM QR code or activation code.
  • Your device software is up to date.

Step 1: Find your eSIM activation details

  1. Sign in to your Nexora Connect account.
  2. Open Mobile Services.
  3. Select the mobile number you want to activate.
  4. Choose Activate eSIM.
  5. Display the QR code on another device or print it.

If you cannot access your account, ask the Nexora Assistant:

“Help me activate my eSIM.”

Step 2: Add the eSIM to your phone

The exact steps vary by device. In most cases:

  1. Open your phone settings.
  2. Go to Mobile Data, Cellular, or SIMs.
  3. Choose Add eSIM.
  4. Scan the Nexora QR code.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  6. Wait for the activation to complete.

Activation can take several minutes.

Step 3: Confirm your mobile plan is active

After activation:

  • Check that Nexora appears as a mobile network.
  • Turn mobile data on.
  • Make a test call.
  • Send a test text message.
  • Open a website using mobile data.
  • Confirm 4G or 5G appears where coverage is available.

Step 4: Set your default SIM

If you use more than one SIM or eSIM, choose which SIM is used for:

  • Calls
  • Text messages
  • Mobile data
  • Contacts or work profiles

Common activation problems

The QR code has expired

Request a new QR code from your Nexora account or contact support.

The QR code has already been used

For security reasons, most eSIM QR codes can only be used once. Request a replacement eSIM.

The device says the eSIM is not supported

Check that the device supports eSIM and is not locked to another provider.

Mobile data does not work after activation

Try restarting your phone. Then check mobile data settings and confirm that the Nexora plan is selected for data.

When to create a support ticket

Create a ticket if:

  • The QR code fails repeatedly.
  • The activation remains pending for more than 30 minutes.
  • Your number is not working after activation.
  • The device reports that the eSIM has already been used.
  • You need to move an eSIM to a replacement device.
