Nexora Connect has introduced SmartHub Plus, a new router designed to improve home Wi-Fi performance, simplify troubleshooting, and give customers better visibility of their connected devices.
SmartHub Plus includes dual-band Wi-Fi, automatic channel optimisation, simple device management, guest network controls, and built-in diagnostics that can be used by the Nexora Assistant to help resolve common issues.
When customers report slow speeds, weak signal, or device connection problems, the Nexora Assistant can guide them through checks such as router placement, signal strength, device load, and line status. If the issue cannot be resolved through self-service, the assistant can create a technical ticket and attach diagnostic information for the support team.
The router also supports smart-home environments, where multiple devices such as cameras, speakers, thermostats, consoles, and work laptops may be connected at once.

SmartHub Plus will be included with selected fibre packages and available as an upgrade for existing eligible customers.
