Hi all, since last Tuesday my broadband has been dropping out multiple times a day. Speeds are fine when it’s connected, but the constant disconnections are driving me mad. Restarted the router a few times but no luck. Anyone else having this problem or know a fix? I’m on the Fibre 100 package.
Hi James, really sorry to hear about the frequent dropouts. Can you please confirm if the router is the one NovaTel provided? Also, have you noticed any pattern like certain times of day when dropouts happen? We'll check the line status from our side and get back to you ASAP.
Thanks Sam. Yes it's the NovaTel Hub 3.0 router. The dropouts seem random, but maybe more often in the evening. I’m not very tech savvy, so not sure if it’s something I can fix. Would it be worth sending an engineer or should I try changing router settings?
