Hi everyone, I've had NovaTel fibre broadband for about 3 months now, but recently it keeps dropping out multiple times a day. I've rebooted the router a few times and made sure cables are secure, but it doesn't seem to help. My speeds also feel much slower than what I was promised. Is anyone else having these problems? Not sure if I should call support or if it's a known issue.
No worries! To check firmware, log into your router by typing 192.168.1.1 into your browser and look for ‘Firmware’ or ‘Software Update’ in the settings menu. If that sounds tricky, let us know and we can guide you through or arrange a technician visit. Lower speeds can indeed be linked to frequent disconnects or signal interference.
