Hi all, I switched to NovaTel’s Fibre Max package last month hoping for better speeds, but my internet is nowhere near the advertised 200Mbps. I'm only getting around 30Mbps and it’s really frustrating when I’m working from home. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there anything I can do before I call support?
Thanks for the tips, NovaTelHelps and BroadbandGeek42. I’m at NW5 2JP and mainly use Wi-Fi, but I just tried Ethernet and still only around 40Mbps. I did run the app’s speed test as well. Should I request an engineer visit?
