Hi all, I've been with Nexora for about 6 months now on the SuperFibre 200mbps package, but my connection speed has been nowhere near that. Speed tests show closer to 45mbps most days, especially during evenings. I’m paying extra for this speed and it feels like I’m being short-changed. Has anyone else had this issue or any advice on what I can do? I’ve rebooted the router multiple times, and it’s fairly new. Bit frustrated as I work from home and really need decent broadband.
