Hi all, I signed up for the Nexora pay-monthly SIM plan a few weeks ago and thought I had unlimited data, but I got a text today saying I’m close to my data cap. Can someone explain if this plan really has a limit or is it a mistake? The website says unlimited but my app dashboard shows 30GB max.
Hi Claire, thanks for reaching out. I can clarify that some of our 'unlimited' plans have a fair usage policy, typically around 30GB per month, to ensure network quality for all users. The app reflects this to help you monitor usage. We don't charge extra but speed may reduce after hitting the threshold.
Thanks Sarah, I get the fair usage thing but it's quite frustrating if it's not truly unlimited. Is there a plan with proper unlimited data without throttling? Also, why doesn’t the website make this clearer?
Sorry for the confusion, Claire. We do have a Business Unlimited plan without throttling, but it's at a higher monthly cost. I'll also pass on your feedback to our marketing team to improve clarity on the website.
I've been on the same pay-monthly sim for six months, and yes, it has a soft limit. If you want no restrictions, maybe the £35/month unlimited fibre bundle would work better, though it’s fixed line, not mobile.
