Hi all, I recently switched to Nexora’s Fibre Max 900 package last month but my speed tests barely go over 100 Mbps. I’m getting nowhere near the 900 promised on the website. I work from home so this is a right pain. Anyone else having similar issues or know what could be causing this?
Hi Ellie, sorry to hear about the slow speeds. Have you tried connecting your device directly via Ethernet cable to the router rather than Wi-Fi? Wireless can sometimes cause speed drops.
Hi Alex, yes I did try Ethernet too, but speeds were only slightly better at around 150 Mbps. I’m using the router you sent me, so shouldn’t there be better performance?
Thanks for confirming, Ellie. Sometimes the line quality or external factors can limit speeds. Have you checked with a neighbour if they have similar speeds? Also, can you share your postcode to check for any known issues in your area?
