Hi all, I got the text saying I’m upgrade eligible on my mobile, which is great, but every handset I click on says out of stock or delivery in 3-5 weeks. Bit of a pain really because I was hoping to sort it this weekend. Is the upgrade eligibility thing separate from stock, or am I doing something wrong? I’ve checked the app and the website and it’s the same on both.
Hi MiaB87, yes — upgrade eligibility and handset stock are separate. The text means your line can upgrade, but it doesn’t guarantee the device you want is available right now. Some models have limited stock and the delivery estimate can change by colour or storage size.
If you tell us the handset model and preferred storage, I can check whether there’s a nearer delivery date or if a different colour is in stock sooner.
I had the same on my last upgrade. The website kept saying 2-4 days then it changed after I paid. Ended up waiting nearly a month. Worth checking if there’s any in-store stock too, if you’ve got a Nexora shop nearby. Online stock isn’t always the same as store stock.
