Retentions offer confusion after broadband price rise

Got the letter about my broadband going up again next month. I'm out of contract and called up thinking they'd at least try to keep me, but the best they offered was £2 off for 6 months and then back up to the new price. That doesn't feel like a loyalty discount at all. Am I missing something or is this just what Nexora does now?

  • Hi Mia, I can see why that feels a bit disappointing. Retention offers can vary depending on the package, contract status and what offers are available on the day, so there isn't always a fixed loyalty discount we can guarantee. If you'd like, I can check whether there are any alternative offers on your account now, or you can let us know if you want to discuss moving to a different package.
