Hi, I'm trying to move our current broadband-only package onto a TV and broadband bundle because the kids keep moaning about no live TV. The website showed one price, then when I got to the basket it was higher, and now my account page is showing something else again. Is that normal or has the bundle changed halfway through? I've not clicked final confirm because I'm wary of getting tied into the wrong thing. Existing customer, if that makes a difference.

Mine did that last month. Turned out the first price was promo and the basket was showing the post-promo one. Not saying that's definitely it here, but I'd double check the small print because mine had a 24 month thing hidden in the summary.
Feels a bit sneaky when the headline price isn't the actual price. I don't mind a contract but it should say it clearly before the checkout page. I nearly backed out of mine for the same reason.
Just to add, if you refresh your basket after signing in, it should show the personalised offer for your account. If the price still differs, please avoid completing the order until an agent confirms the final monthly cost and any one-off charges. This thread will stay open in case MiaB72 wants to update us.
