Anyone else having this with Nexora 5G? I'm on the Unlimited Max SIM and it shows full bars for a minute, then drops to 1 or none. I'm in a flat by the station, so it's not exactly the middle of nowhere. Calls are fine-ish, but data keeps buffering and then coming back. It started about a week ago. Is there some outage or has the signal just gone rubbish?
Hi Mia, sorry to hear that. We haven't got a widespread 5G outage showing for that area at the moment, but indoor signal can vary a lot around stations and newer buildings. Could you let us know roughly what postcode you’re in and whether it’s happening on 5G only or also when the phone drops to 4G? If you try switching to 4G for a short test, does the data stay steady?
I had something similar after the last phone update. Mine kept picking up 5G in the kitchen but wouldn't hold it. I turned off 5G in settings for a bit and it was actually more usable. Not ideal, I know, but might be worth trying if you need it to stop dropping while they look at it.
