Fibre install kept slipping, now I'm stuck without internet

Bit fed up to be honest. My fibre install was meant to be last Tuesday, then moved to Friday, then I got another text saying it's delayed again because of 'network work'. I work from home and I've already taken two days off. Is this normal with Nexora? I only signed up because they said the install would be done within 10 working days. Postcode is fictional, but my area is SE18 4QT. I don't know if I should keep waiting or just cancel.
