Porting my number is still stuck after 4 days

Hi, I’ve moved my mobile over to Nexora but the number port is still not done. I was told it would take about a day and now it’s been 4 days. My old SIM has stopped working, the Nexora SIM works but it’s on a temporary number. I’ve got work calls coming in and I’m missing stuff. Can someone tell me what’s going on please? Order ref is NX-204881. New SIM registered to NG11 8QT.
