Porting my number is still stuck after 4 days

Hi, I switched my mobile to Nexora and asked to keep my old number. The SIM was activated on Monday but the number port still hasn't happened. I keep getting told 'it's in progress' but I need this number for work and it's a bit of a mess now. Can someone check what's going on? The old number was on 07xx xxx xxxx and the order ref is NX-104882. I'm not putting my full details on here, obviously.
