Hi all, I switched to Nexora’s Fibre Max package last month hoping for better speeds, but my internet is nowhere near the advertised 200Mbps. I'm only getting around 30Mbps and it’s really frustrating when I’m working from home. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there anything I can do before I call support?
Thanks for the update, ElaineBristow. Since speeds remain low even wired, I recommend raising a fault ticket so an engineer can check the line. We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly. You can do this via your Nexora app or I can raise it for you now.
