Bit baffled here. My phone keeps pinging me with high data usage warnings from Nexora but I’m pretty sure I’ve been on home Wi‑Fi most of the week. It’s saying I’ve used nearly all my data already and I’m only 10 days into the cycle.
I’ve got a 20GB plan, usually never get close to that. Is there a way to see what’s actually using it? I’ve checked settings and nothing obvious stands out. Cheers.
Hi MiaH91, I can help with that. High data usage warnings can sometimes appear if your phone is switching between Wi‑Fi and mobile data in the background, or if an app is using data without it being obvious.
If you’re happy to share, can you confirm whether the warning is coming from the Nexora app, a text message, or your handset itself? Also, do you have Wi‑Fi Assist / switch to mobile data turned on?
