Hi all, I signed up for a SIM-only plan on Monday because it said £10 a month for 12 months. I've just had the order email and it says £12 a month, plus a setup fee. Have I missed something obvious? I only wanted the one plan, nothing extra. Bit annoyed because I picked it mainly on the price.
Hi Megan, sorry for the confusion. The first thing to check is whether the £10 offer was a promotional price for the first month only or a discounted price when you pay by Direct Debit. If you want, I can look into the order details and explain the difference, but I'd need you to confirm the plan name from the order email. If the final order summary shows £12, that usually means the checkout price applied at the point of purchase. We can still cancel the order if you'd rather not go ahead.
