Hi all, hoping someone can explain this in plain English. My son keeps getting high data usage warnings on his Nexora mobile, but he insists he's hardly used it. He's on Wi-Fi at home most of the time and says he's not watching videos or anything.
The warnings started last week and now he's nearly burned through his allowance. Is there a way to see what's actually using it, or is the warning just not accurate? Sorry if this is a daft question, I'm not very technical.
We had this with our daughter last month and it turned out to be photo backups over mobile data. She swore blind it wasn't her, but the phone was uploading everything in the background whenever she left the house.
Also worth checking if he's using Wi-Fi Assist or something similar - that can switch to mobile data when the Wi-Fi is weak.
