Hi all, hoping someone can explain this in plain English. My son keeps getting high data usage warnings on his Nexora mobile, but he insists he's hardly used it. He's on Wi-Fi at home most of the time and says he's not watching videos or anything.
The warnings started last week and now he's nearly burned through his allowance. Is there a way to see what's actually using it, or is the warning just not accurate? Sorry if this is a daft question, I'm not very technical.
Thanks everyone. I had a look and there is loads in the usage report, but it doesn't really make sense to me. It says 'system services' and 'social media' mostly. Does that mean the phone itself is the problem? And if I turn mobile data off, will he still get messages on WhatsApp when he's out?
