Can't get into my Nexora app because 2FA code never arrives

Hi, I’ve been trying to log into my Nexora account since this morning and it keeps asking for a 2FA code. The problem is the code never turns up on my phone. I’ve checked spam, blocked numbers, everything. I’m on an eSIM with the same number I signed up with. Is there some way to reset the login or am I just locked out now? Getting a bit fed up because I need to see my bill and change my direct debit.

  • Hi Megan, sorry that’s frustrating. If the 2FA text isn’t arriving, please try these in order: 1) make sure you’re using the latest Nexora app version, 2) check whether your phone has signal and can receive standard SMS, 3) wait 10 minutes before requesting another code, as repeated requests can pause delivery temporarily. If it still doesn’t arrive, reply here and I can arrange a security reset so you can regain access after we verify the account. No need to post any personal details publicly.
