Hi, I’ve been trying to log into my Nexora account since this morning and it keeps asking for a 2FA code. The problem is the code never turns up on my phone. I’ve checked spam, blocked numbers, everything. I’m on an eSIM with the same number I signed up with. Is there some way to reset the login or am I just locked out now? Getting a bit fed up because I need to see my bill and change my direct debit.
Might be worth trying the website on a different browser first. I had something similar and the code came through on the second attempt. Also, if you’ve got a VPN on, turn it off. Not saying that’s definitely it, just what fixed mine.
Yeah, and check whether Nexora is sending the code by text or app notification. Mine was going to the app because I’d set that up ages ago and I’d forgotten. If you can still get into the app on another device, that’s sometimes easier than waiting on SMS.
Hi Megan, sorry that’s frustrating. If the 2FA text isn’t arriving, please try these in order: 1) make sure you’re using the latest Nexora app version, 2) check whether your phone has signal and can receive standard SMS, 3) wait 10 minutes before requesting another code, as repeated requests can pause delivery temporarily. If it still doesn’t arrive, reply here and I can arrange a security reset so you can regain access after we verify the account. No need to post any personal details publicly.
