Hi, I requested a PAC transfer into Nexora on Monday and my old number still hasn’t moved over. I got a text saying it would be done within 24 hours but nothing’s changed. I’m now on a temporary number and it’s a bit of a pain because I need the old one for work. Can someone tell me what’s going on?
Thanks both. It’s from Giffgaff and it’s a mobile number. I did request the PAC through the app, but I haven’t had any error messages. I’ll check if it’s expired. If it has, do I need to start again?
