Honestly a bit fed up now. I had an engineer booked for 8am-1pm today to sort out my fibre install at 24 Willow Close, Sheffield, S11 8QA, and nobody showed. I got the usual text saying they were on the way, then nothing. I’ve already taken two half days off work for this. Has anyone else had this with Nexora? Do they actually turn up if I rebook? Account ending 4821.
I had something similar last year. Mine was a missed appointment because the external work wasn’t marked complete at the exchange. Worth checking if they’ve left any notes on the order. Did they text you a new slot or just go silent?
Hi Megan, sorry about this. I can see the appointment was marked as missed by the field team, but the update to your order didn’t go through properly, which is why you weren’t notified. That’s not the experience we want. I’ve raised this with the scheduling team and requested a priority rebook. If you can send the best daytime contact number by private message, we’ll make sure the next slot is confirmed in writing. This resolved my question.
Not to be rude but you might want to push for compensation as well. If they’ve missed two slots and you’ve lost work time, there should be some kind of credit. Mine took ages to sort and I had to keep chasing. Also check if they’ve actually got the right address, because mine was wrong on the booking and that caused the no-show.
