Honestly a bit fed up now. I had an engineer booked for 8am-1pm today to sort out my fibre install at 24 Willow Close, Sheffield, S11 8QA, and nobody showed. I got the usual text saying they were on the way, then nothing. I’ve already taken two half days off work for this. Has anyone else had this with Nexora? Do they actually turn up if I rebook?
