Just had the email about the April price rise and I'm honestly fuming. I'm mid-contract on broadband and phone, and the new amount is a lot more than I budgeted for. I get that prices go up sometimes, but this feels like a kick in the teeth when I'm still tied in. Is there anything at all Nexora can do, or do I just have to suck it up until the contract ends?
I rang earlier and got told there's a retentions offer, but only if I agree to add TV. I don't want TV, I just want the broadband price to stop jumping every year. Feels a bit off if that's the only option.
