Voicemail isn’t picking up and call forwarding keeps turning itself off

Hi all. My voicemail on the mobile line has stopped answering properly and call forwarding to my work phone keeps switching off after a day or so. I’ve checked the settings twice and it still does it. Is this a known Nexora issue or am I missing something obvious? It’s been like this since Tuesday. Really frustrating because I’m missing calls from my kids’ school and a plumber.

  • Hi Megan, sorry to hear this. I can help narrow it down. When you say voicemail isn’t picking up, is it not answering at all, or is it answering very late? Also, which forwarding option are you using - unconditional forwarding, or forwarding when busy/unanswered? If you’re happy to share, I can also check whether there’s a network-side feature flag causing the settings to revert.
