Bit fed up tbh. I’ve had 3 high data usage warnings this month and I’m nowhere near using what I used to. Nothing has changed at home. I’m on the 80GB plan and it says I’ve used 62GB already, but my phone says less than that. Is Nexora counting stuff twice or something?

The warning is based on the account’s measured usage, which can sometimes differ from the phone’s own counter because apps, updates and hotspot use may be counted differently. If you’d like, we can check whether any devices on the account have been using more data than expected.
