Hi, I’ve been trying to log into my Nexora account since this morning and it keeps asking for a 2FA code. The problem is the code never turns up on my phone. I’ve checked spam, blocked numbers, everything. I’m on an eSIM with the same number I signed up with. Is there some way to reset the login or am I just locked out now? Getting a bit fed up because I need to see my bill and change my direct debit.
Might be worth trying the website on a different browser first. I had something similar and the code came through on the second attempt. Also, if you’ve got a VPN on, turn it off. Not saying that’s definitely it, just what fixed mine.
