Hi, I’ve been trying to log into my Nexora account since this morning and it keeps asking for a 2FA code. The problem is the code never turns up on my phone. I’ve checked spam, blocked numbers, everything. I’m on an eSIM with the same number I signed up with. Is there some way to reset the login or am I just locked out now? Getting a bit fed up because I need to see my bill and change my direct debit.
Yeah, and check whether Nexora is sending the code by text or app notification. Mine was going to the app because I’d set that up ages ago and I’d forgotten. If you can still get into the app on another device, that’s sometimes easier than waiting on SMS.
