I rang up to ask if there was anything they could do and the first offer was basically the same price with less speed, which feels a bit pointless. I’m not asking for freebies, just something sensible. Has anyone actually managed to get a retention discount from Nexora recently? I’ve been with them 4 years and never missed a payment.
Yeah, I’ve had that before. First person said no, second person offered £8 off for 12 months when I mentioned I was looking at leaving. I think it depends who you get, annoyingly.

I got told the same thing and then magically a better deal appeared when I asked to cancel. Feels a bit daft that you have to go through the whole song and dance just to get a fair price.
Thanks both. I’ve just tried the cancel option and got put through to someone who offered a lower monthly price for 18 months, which is what I wanted in the first place. Not sure why it couldn’t be like that on the first call but at least it’s sorted. Marking this as resolved my question.
