Morning all. I’m locked out of my Nexora account and it’s driving me up the wall. Password is fine, but when I go to log in it says it’s sending a 2FA code to my mobile and nothing arrives. I’ve tried 4 times now. No spam folder obviously because it’s a text, and my signal is fine. Is there any other way in? I need to check my bill before it comes out.
Hi Megan, sorry you're having trouble. A couple of things can cause this: the number on the account may be out of date, or the text delivery can be delayed. Please try waiting 10 minutes before requesting another code, and make sure you’re using the mobile number registered on the account. If you can log in on the app, you can also update your contact number there.
I had the same thing last week. Turns out I’d been using my old SIM number from ages ago, not the one on the account. Painful, but once support updated it the codes started coming through.
That might be it actually. I changed SIMs in January and never thought about the account number. Problem is I can't get into the account to change it... bit of a loop, isn't it? Is there a way round it without waiting on hold for ages?
I get why that's frustrating, Megan. If you’re locked out and can’t receive the code, the quickest option is to contact us by chat or phone so we can verify your account and reset the 2FA method. For security, we can’t change it from the forum. If you prefer, I can raise this for a callback and note that you need login access restored.
